Lynn Ballantyne

Lynn has over 25 years experience working within the facilities management environment and worked in both the public (NHS) and private markets.

Notable positions she has held include the Northern Operations Director for Sodexho Healthcare Ltd and latterly Director for FM Specific Consultants Ltd for six years prior to founding Ballantyne’s in 2012.

Lynn has extensive experience in multi-services facilities management and specialises in housekeeping services delivery, change management, tender preparation and response, risk identification and mitigation as well as in the delivery of cost effective and compliant FM services.

Kathleen Cassidy

Technical Consultant

Kathleen has over 25 years experience in the field. She has managed a variety of soft facilities services including Domestic, Portering, Help Desks, and Quality and Training Services with Sodexho Healthcare Ltd over a 17 year period. Kathleen also managed Domestic and Catering services with Compass group in an MOD site.

Three years ago Kathleen moved into consultancy with FM Specific consultants Ltd, before joining Ballantyne’s in 2012.

Kathleen specialises in delivering standardisation to the facilities markets with an innovative approach to problem solving.

Key focus areas are planning, training, quality delivery, risk assessment, introducing ‘industry best practice’, and continuous service challenge and improvement.
